2021 Picnic Is On! -- Saturday August 28th
WELCOME Crown Alumni. It's 2021 and time to get out and get back into the world. This year's alumni picnic is on. The contract with the pavilion is signed and money spent. We can't wait to enjoy the afternoon with you all. As you can tell, I really love your food goodies, yum!
We are NOT moving after all! Ferrettie/Baugo County Park in St Joseph county is officially out. They remain at 50% capacity and can't tell me what to expect. 50% could be just too small if we all decide it's time to party and come out. So we are back at Oxbow at the Stable Shelter, same place we were for the 2019 event (map). Right now they are 100% capacity at 110 guests.
If covid is still a thing then, there may be some safety protocols we must follow. Let's hope the vaccinations get us to herd immunity in the next few months so the state and county will lift some of the requirements.
So check back as we get closer for more info. And tell your alumni friends; this year's carry-in is on!
